Trends in Naples, FL Housing Market as seen in realtor.com —August 31, 2018

The trends in the Naples, FL Housing Market numbers—as reported by realtor.com—keep reflecting significant changes. This end of August shows a median listing price steps down to $380,000 (from $389,000 in our last month report) out of 7,839 homes for sale (a substantial change from 8,057 last month) as of today.

While the median listing price index keeps declining consistently, the median closing price goes down significantly to $330K from $389K in our last report.

The price per square foot decreases slightly from $207 to $206 on today’s report.

Not surprisingly, the property availability in Naples keep declining, from 8,057 homes on sale a month ago to 7,839 homes for sale in Naples, Florida, as of this date. This also compares to 8,597 homes available for sale on June 15, 2018.

Regarding the number of homes available for rent, it increases moderately to 2,563 as of today, compared to 2,530 units available a month ago.
