Naples, Florida: a Foodie’s Paradise

Naples, Florida: a Foodie’s Paradise

Naples is certainly well known as a beautiful vacation destination, as well as a highly desirable city for families and retirees alike.

Our unique city, with its pristine beaches, fabulous weather, and manicured look, appeals to the nation and abroad, which has brought here the best of the world. It was just a matter of time for this beautiful city to become a Foodie’s Paradise.

Yes! Naples is now coming to be known as a great city for Foodies! The city offers a cornucopia of dining options, from cafés to bakeries, taquerias to food trucks, vegan to steakhouses, breakfast all day to fine dining! The cuisine choices cover the globe, Italian, French, Greek, Japanese, Peruvian, Lebanese, Thai and much more!

Many of our “hot spot” dining destinations—such as Mercato, Bayfront, Downtown Old Naples—have new eateries setting up shop that will soon be open for business for all of us to enjoy.

Mercato will see the addition of TooJay’s Deli, a New York styled deli, will open soon where Stage Deli was. Rocco’s Tacos will occupy the former—and very popular—Masa location, and Hampton Social will be a very happening spot up front, moving into the old McCormick & Schmick’s location.

Carolyn Properties - Naples, A Foodie’s ParadiseCloser to downtown, Bayfront (“a great place to live and hang out”) has recently added Stoney’s Crab House, Latitudes, a craft beer pub, and are planning to add a few more eateries to this location already popular for its unique Mediterranean-like atmosphere.

One of the newest, trendiest and fun food concepts will be in Naples very soon – The Food Truck Park! It will be located on Bayshore Drive just off U.S. 41 East. What an entertaining way this will be to sample different foods, be outdoors, share the day with family and friends and the fellowship of dining together.

Our grocer options are also expanding, we will see Lucky’s and Aldi’s adding new locations. Also, a new market, Sprouts Market, will be opening on the corner of Immokalee Rd. and Logan Blvd. very soon.

For locals, the long-awaited big, beautiful and brand new Seed To Table opening on the corner of Livingston Rd. and Immokalee Rd couldn’t be open soon enough! This new store will be 60,000 sq.ft., employ 400 people, and will have multiple restaurants within it for seating of up to 300 people! This wonderful enterprise is brought to us by the family behind our most loved Oakes Farms and Food and Thought, already well established here in Naples.

Please come and visit our beautiful city, or if you’re lucky enough to be living here already make sure to enjoy all that Naples has to offer! And as always I am here to consult with you on “all things Naples”!
