Naples, FL Housing Market as seen in—June 3, 2019

The Naples, FL Housing Market is currently a buyer’s market, which has dominated our area for a time now. There are more active homes for sale than buyers, which tends to favor the buyers rather than the sellers, even though there are fewer homes for sale than six months ago.

The Median Listing Price is 25 thousand dollars higher than January 2019, just six months ago. Yet, the buyer’s market manifests at the Median Sold Home Price: $338.8K as opposed to $340K six months ago., the National Association of REALTORS®, is showing today a Median Listing Price of $375K (from $359K as per our January 2019 report →) out of 9,030 homes for sale, a moderate decrease in homes availability compared with the above mentioned report, which shows 9,356 homes for sale.

The median closing price goes down to $338.K from $340k on our last report.

The price per square foot inches up 3 dollars from our last report, currently at $209.

For renters, the offering keeps increasing moderately this month: homes available since the January report is up to 2,761 from 2,613 units.
