The Naples, FL Housing Market continues to be a buyer’s market, meaning that there are more active homes for sale than buyers, which tends to favor the buyers rather than the seller, simply because prices tend to stabilize., the National Association of REALTORS®, is showing today a Median Listing Price of $387.5K,000 (slightly up from $385,000 in our November report →) out of 8,728 homes for sale, a slight decrease in homes availability compared with the above mentioned report.

The price per square foot continues to signals stability for the last few months, currently at $209—same Median Listing Home Price/Sq Ft reflected in the June 2018 report. and 3 dollars up from middle July 2018 numbers.

The Median Closing Price today is $355,000.

Best news for renters: the number of homes available for rent keeps increasing since the November report, up to 2,709 units, compared to the slow decreasing availability registered throughout the year.
