Naples, a perfect city for golfers

As the legend goes, Naples, a city for golfers, is among the top in the nation when you count the number of golf holes per capita.

With an estimated 23.8 million people who played golf on a course and 8.3 million who played off-course during 2017 in the USA, for a total of around 32 million players, Naples is on the mind and in the plans of golf players from all over the nation and the world.

Golf courses designed by golf legends such as the Tiburón Golf Club designed by Greg Norman, the Raptor Bay Golf Club in Bonita Springs (a first in the world to be honored with the Audubon International Gold Signature Sanctuary Certificate) designed by Raymond Floyd, and the Arrowhead Golf Course beautifully designed by architect Gordon G. Lewis, recipient of the Readers Choice Award “Best Public Course in Southwest Florida” from 2004-2010 and 2012-2015 by the Naples Daily News, are just three of the dozens of magnificent golf courses available for public and private play.

Among the sought-after private courses in Naples, the Estuary Course at Grey Oaks shines. Presented as being “within the private sanctuary of a breathtaking Southwest Florida nature preserve setting,” this course designed by Bob Cupp with all levels of golfers in mind.

Jack Minutella, a long time resident of Grey Oaks, is a frequent player at the Estuary course. “The Estuary course is a beautiful course, it’s challenging but fun to play and enjoyed by all the Grey Oaks members.”
