Decreasing numbers in Naples, FL Housing Market as seen in realtor.com —July 12, 2018
The Naples, FL Housing Market numbers—as reported by realtor.com—keep reflecting significant changes. Within the data for this middle of July, the median listing price steps down to $389,000 (from $ $393,000 in our last month report) out of 8,057 homes for sale (a substantial change from 8,597 last month and 9,201 homes available for sale in May 2018).
The median listing price index keeps decreasing consistently. Also, the median closing price goes down significantly to $338K from $366,000 a month ago.
The price per square foot decreases slightly from $209 to $207 on today’s report.
Interestingly, the home properties availability in Naples keeps declining, from 8,597 homes on sale a month ago to 8,057 homes for sale in Naples, Florida, as of this date. This compares to 8,597 homes available for sale on June 15, 2018.
Regarding the number of homes available for rent, it increases moderately to 2,530 as of today, compared to 2,491 units available a month ago.
