A Buyer’s Market: Naples, FL Housing Market as seen in realtor.com—November 28, 2018

The Naples, FL Housing Market numbers—as reported by realtor.com—is reflecting higher availability and very attractive rates. The data for this end of November shows a Median Listing Price of $385,000 (up from $380,000 in our August report) out of 8,757 homes for sale, a healthy increase in homes availability.

The median closing price is $355, an attractive average when we have had median prices ranging from the $320K to up to $390k this year. This report sustain its criteria that the Naples Housing Market is a Buyer’s Market, which are generally “more advantageous for buyers rather than sellers.”

The price per square foot signals stability, currently at $209—same Median Listing Home Price/Sq Ft reflected in the June 2018 report. and 3 dollars up from middle July 2018 numbers.

Good news for renters: the number of homes available for rent increases moderately to 2,642 units, compared to decreasing availability throughout the year.
