227 best USA beach towns: Naples comes first for WalletHub

That’s right, out of 227 best USA beach towns, Naples comes first! Our beloved city comes first in this exhaustive study by WalletHub, positioning 4 cities of our Southwest Florida among the best 100 USA beach towns to live in 2017.

In the methodology used to determine this call, WalletHub’s analysts compared 227 cities across six key dimensions, namely Affordability, Weather, Safety, Economy, Education & Health and Quality of Life.

The study is based in cities with populations between 10,000 and 150,000 and at least one beach listed on TripAdvisor. Add this to our city being the cleanest city in USA!

Interestingly, Naples also appears among the cities with most nightlife establishments per capita and most restaurants per capita, which makes this beach town a very attractive alternative to the spender segment.

In Naples, the entertainment increases exponentially if you like the outdoors.

But Naples is much more than that!

I’ve been living in Naples for two decades, time enough to get bored in a city this small… but no time to get bored here, even if you are money conscious!

Naples is far from being the more expensive city, when compared with Santa Barbara or Malibu, in California, or Asbury Park in New Jersey.

There are many alternatives to nightlife and restaurants: in Naples, definitely, the amount of entertainment increases exponentially if you like the outdoors. Among the free and affordable activities available all year round, you may have a stroll by the Fifth Avenue or the Third Street South in Downtown to find hundreds of shops or walk the beach during sunset.

A popular activity is to check in any of the numerous federal and state parks and reserves close by.

Also, getting a yearly membership to the amazing Naples Botanical Garden or the Naples Zoo it’s a must do for individuals and families.

Come to Naples, buy your dream home here!
