December 31— Naples New Year’s Eve Fireworks at the Naples Pier.

This is another tradition in Naples, that brings thousands of people to the shores and hundreds of boats to admire the majestic fireworks by the Naples Pier. The actual fireworks launching place was moved two years ago to a sea platform close to the popular fishing pier due to safety concerns.

This is a family oriented event where people of all ages, locals and visitors, attend in masse. Be ready to find a parking spot, and to spend a not-too-short time getting out of downtown due to the traffic afterward.
